I am fucking angry this morning, slept only three hours due to insomnia, now this morning smoker cough wont stop. It usually only lasts five to ten minutes but its already been half an hour

the problem is that alprazolam I get prescribed for insomnia, anxiety, panic attacks doesnt work as it used to because I have built tolerance for it because I abuse the shit out of it. I take 3mg everyday but at least I dont have the need to drink alcohol
Have you tried cutting it up and snorting it?
