I dont know, I must have overworked them. During the winter all I could play was table tennis, and that is for pussies, so then when spring had finally come and we could play tennis outside I played everyday. Then every other day, because I had to take a break due to my legs failing me. And now I have been out of service for almost a week and its not getting any better
I need to get back into exercising again, I dread to think what state I'm in. I've been pretty damned sick lately barely getting out of bed for days on end but nearly back to normal now. At like 95% lung capacity. I have a tennis club next door and my friend is a coach there so I need to get my arse into gear...tennis is the only sport I'm any good at (air hockey doesn't count)
Have you considered going to a doctor? When I was playing tennis every day I was at my healthiest, so I doubt it's that that's screwing you up?
yeah, people have been telling me to go. I avoid doctors and now with this virus who knows if they even admit me. If it doesnt improve in the next few day, I will try to go to an orthopedist next week

In brighter self centred news, I just got back from Safeway and it wasn't unpleasant at all. I queued behind one guy with hardly anything at all, he was quick, as I looked back when I was about to pay for my stuff, looked back and there was like 10 people in the queue. When I drove out the queue to get into the store was at the end of the block.
