sounds like you don't know how brains work under stress.
Sounds like you've never been in a similar situation. You ever ran from the cops? Been tased? Been in a knife fight? Been shot at?

I doubt it. The toughest thing you've probably ever done is a paper for your trans black studies course

I've been arrested without having a gun pointed at me. Only a complete fucking moron attacks a citizen holding a gun. Or a crazed criminal with a "mental health history"

Keep grasping and asking dumb questions repeatedly while weighing no evidence presented. You sir may fuck off

yes to all of those except being in a knife fight. I've had a knife pulled on me twice and sprinted both times.

guy who filmed it says he was just chilling in the yard when it went down in front of him...of course, if he admits to being part of the chase he's gonna catch a murder charge, too.
The report that I saw this morning said he was unarmed. It also said the cop talked to him, he offered up the video evidence, and the two of them sat in that guy's car and watched it.

I'm sure the cops interviewed all three of them that day. It seems odd that only the father's statement is included in the report. There is also no mention of the video evidence beyond the cop's bodycam.

this was just reported.
Not really. It is now being reported more accurately, but multiple sources have reported there were NO reports during that time frame. There was a report made by either the father or the son regarding the 9mm that was stolen from the truck, but the source that was being used for that didn't list all of the reports to the point where it said there were no reports at all on the date of the shooting. Obviously, that isn't accurate, so it doesn't exactly discredit there being reports of suspicious activity, trespassing, burglary, etc.

It has also been widely reported that the same house that was involved in this incident was robbed of $2500 worth of fishing equipment which was not reported to the cops, so there were also incidents that were not reported. Just because something wasn't reported doesn't mean it didn't happen.

This house is of particular interest because the guy that owns the house is having heart problems according to the neighbor that initially called 911 the day of the shooting. He mentioned that he doesn't think the owner will complete the house due to his illness. This seems to be a community where the neighbors know each other well, so they've been trying to keep an eye on the property in the owner's absence.

In other words, they saw a guy they believe to be the source of numerous problems in the community at a house that has already been robbed and the 911 caller claims his presence there has been an ongoing problem, so one of them called the police while two other chased after him to be joined by a third. You know the rest from there.

Oh, and the article states the father and son live together. The father's address listed on the police report is a property that is about a 15 minute drive from there.

I'd say that confirms he was looking to steal shit. Just cause it wasn't locked doesn't mean he should just walk in like he owns the place. And if he was just looking around why flee when someone is outside looking at you. He had a guilty conscience cause hes probably the same one who stole the 2500$ worth of fishing gear inside the same house under construction. In florida its burglary if you enter anything with a roof basically. That can be a screened pool, garage or patio deck

Then he tried to steal a gun from a guy who was trying to stop him. Dudes a burglar and would have probably killed someone had he got the gun.

End of story imo. Every single day more comes out against him. Free the citizens

Usually that works on people with a functioning brain
We've been doing so good with this discussion for the most part. I don't think we need to start insulting each other now. We are better than this.

I wasn't talking about him. I'm talking about the person who rushed a shotgun

Thats interesting. Looks like he ran out of the house at 2:14 PM. Do we know what time the video was taken showing him get shot?
Looks like police were responding very fast. Guess they considered it more important than a trespassing call. Unless I missed a time lapse
