You'd be fucked if there was a world microwave shortage.
I hate microwave food. Think I've used it once since lockdown for a burrito that was awesome . May use it again today. I have another burrito and a naan calzone thing. No dog livers or pigs arseholes tho (yes she eats pigs buttholes)

I ordered it without knowing what it was, the stench put me off eating anything other than the fries.

Boudin blanc, PAris. Grossest smell ever. I like boudin noir, thought it would be a similar thing,. Ugh.

Mango habanero hot sauce on the way. Made the mistake of touching my face after deseading the habaneros...after scrubbing them. This hot sauce is going to blow my head off.

K this is the simplest recipe, even SongExotic2 @Siton YerDong2 couldn't bugger it up.



Pork picnic shoulder.
Ingredients:
- salt
- pork picnic shoulder




Wash and dry roast
Score skin in crosshatch pattern and fill cracks with course grain salt this will give you the crackling bacon

Place tinfoil on cookie sheet place a rack on top with some parchment paper on top of rack.
Cook at 250°f for 8 hours
Take roast out and cover/rest for 15 minutes. Crank up the heat to 500°f place roast back in oven for 15/20 minutes turning every 5 minutes to get that skin all crisped up and bubbly.

Roast went in an hour ago. Will report back with final results.

Tomorrow pulled pork tacos with mango jalapeno salsa
I gotta be honest, I was following until you said to put it in the oven. Is that OK? Can you even cook a pork shoulder like that?

That, is a beautifully smoked pork but with the most amazing bark you've ever seen. The pulled pork tacos were amazing.
That pulled pork got me invited to black bbq's on the regular.
Bark? That's char, bro

LOL thats pretty good, but in no way, shape or form was that burnt. It was juicy as all hell. Smoked for like 18 hours.
Oh I'm sure. Low and slow is the only way to go with pork shoulder. Tonight will be alright, but I'm looking forward to the pulled pork tomorrow. The mango jalapenos salsa I make is deadly. Works well with pork and fish.

1 ripe mango
2 limes
1 sweet bell pepper
Half a red onion
Salt/pepper
Cilantro(I substitute parsley because cilantro tastes like soap to me)
