It's fun watching people wearing neck gaiters and bandanas as masks touching their face 20x more often than they normally would because they keep sliding down their nose. Fingers right by their eyes when they do it.
It's an asinine mandate that is probably doing way more harm than good.
It's also been interesting to watch how the sheep were all too eager to believe every word coming from the media and gov't and start marching right in line.

It's hard to prove how someone got the virus, but if one of the rules is "don't touch your face", forcing healthy or asymptomatic people to wear something that causes them to touch their face is idiotic.

i think if you're not wearing a mask you touch your face once a minute, on average.
corners of the mouth are a big transfer site, and the corners of the nose, because you touch it with your fingers and then you lick or sniffle the virus up in the membranes.
You have to understand why some people wear masks. I've had to go to doctors/hospital a few times and a couple of other higher risk places so I wear one when I do.
I'm not trying to stop myself from getting it. I have allergies and was sneezing. I was wearing a mask not for my sake, but so that everyone around me didn't have a fucking heart attack when I sneezed. Of course I was touching my face every now and then - that fucking thing was filling up with more snot than a toddler's sleeve.
Masks do a bit to protect other people from infected people rather than the other way around. If you are infected and sneeze in public, better to be wearing a mask than not wearing one. There is danger from secondary contact, but it's got nothing on direct transfer. If you touch a railing, you are unlikely to get it. If some cunt sneezes in your face, you're fucked.
asymptomatic is still spreading, every time they touch their mouth and then a door handle, or speak in close proximity. It's about exposure levels and time of exposure...and the rule isn't "don't touch your face" it's "Don't touch the inside of your nose or mouth"
