I'm gonna venture out to the Korean store tomorrow. I haven't ever made noodles, and I LOVE soba noodles. Planning on making a Miso soba noodle soup. I've got a boatload of chicken so I'm going to a chicken Katsu curry...woke up with their salad dressing in my head and haven't made it before. I've missed my Thai papaya salad as well, and I can only get green papaya at the Korean store.

The level of culinary delight I got to yesterday was a pop tart , Special K, and ice cream.

Last time I fried chicken I threw it away, so we'll see lol.
Make sure the oil like like 350+, closer to 400, before you put that yard bird in that hot oil.
Add more heat once you put the bird in because the oil temp will drop.

Please don't hurt yourself with the hot oil. The website nor myself will be responsible for your severe burns.
