Look up mount hope wholesale. I usually use Anthony's buckwheat because of how fine it is, but I couldn't get any so I ordered from mount hope wholesale. I haven't received it yet so I can't tell you how it is, but I have stocked up on a bunch of other things from this company and so far I can say the pasta had a decent date, the walnuts I got were good and fresh (used to make charoset), and the basmati rice was excellent - definitely good quality, came out noticeably perfect.Not sure what's going on today food wise. Husband bought some pre marinated carne asada and I have everything to do tacos but "pre marinated" is cheating in this house.
Still gutted I can't buy buckwheat flour. I have soba noodles but I really wanted to get the pasta attachment out on the Kitchenaid and show off a bit.
