What's we got going on today, chaps?
I still can't get my hands on any buckwheat flour to make soba noodles, but I have soba noodles so I might give myself a break a bit today. I have all the gubbins and know how to make a decent Japanese soup.

Not sure what's going on today food wise. Husband bought some pre marinated carne asada and I have everything to do tacos but "pre marinated" is cheating in this house.

Still gutted I can't buy buckwheat flour. I have soba noodles but I really wanted to get the pasta attachment out on the Kitchenaid and show off a bit.
Look up mount hope wholesale. I usually use Anthony's buckwheat because of how fine it is, but I couldn't get any so I ordered from mount hope wholesale. I haven't received it yet so I can't tell you how it is, but I have stocked up on a bunch of other things from this company and so far I can say the pasta had a decent date, the walnuts I got were good and fresh (used to make charoset), and the basmati rice was excellent - definitely good quality, came out noticeably perfect.

Had burgers for dinner last night, so I used the leftover lettuce and tomato to make a BLT for lunch.

Thanks bro. So far so good. It has an air-fry oven feature that I'm looking forward to trying out.
Please let me know. We are in the market for a new oven and most convection ovens have the air fry feature.

I'll try to fry some chicken in it next week and let you know if it works. Never used this feature before.

Best seasoning for chicken? Togarashi. Any decent Asian store will have it. Basically crushed dried chilies.
I just went to comrade starlings grocery store and he diddnt have any.

Then I went to Punjab Pete's and he diddnt have any either.

Lol. I didn't eat so many raw peppers until I went to the desert and lived with Mexicans.
