Sage advice. It was mildly uncomfortable and my left nostril is runny now but I will have no problem getting tested again if need be.
It's like having to cough, sneeze, and gag at the same time, but relaxing and just breathing are key.
Labcorp, 10 bucks to get the anti body test as well.

We are rapid antigen testing. It's a perfect positive but the sensitivity is only 80% (neg predictive value 99.97%)
