I don't have a problem with you, I'm just stating the facts. I love rap music, All Eyez On Me was one of the first rap albums I ever bought as a kid. I acknowledge that he was a very talented guy and great rapper, but if you think his lyrics don't glamorize the criminal life than you're just being silly.

I can say that I watched this when it was on, now am I old as fuck for saying this, that's a yes but many of you can't say you watched the same episode when it aired......nor will many probably care:
I dont think hes glorifying that lifestyle s much as he is relating his life into music who have similar struggles...He was like any other person not perfect but he also spoke up,for the poor and underdogs out there...When you are raised in te Black Panthers and seen what he seen idk how he wasn't suppose to talk about political issues and crime...He has his music catalogue inducted to the library of congress and many prominent colleges have Tupac Shakur philosophy courses..He may have been a criminal but he we msu other great things.. he also helped me growing up through tough times and that may be weird but its true...Bob Marly was a "criminal" too in many ppls eyes but that don't make them pieces of shit motherfucers in my eyes...Im very knowledgeable about his whole life and can see why you feel that way..just rubbed me the wrong way when you come into a thread where we are posting fav songs and just quoted me and said that...Im leaving it be, let's agree to disagree..
