This is what I do, and will be doing tomorrow with dry rubbed, slow cooked bone out pork shoulder.
Chipotle sauce, simply mayo and chopped up chipotles in adobo sauce.

Mango salsa with fresh parsley, limes, poblanos, sweet pepper, grilled corn and salt n pep. Apricots or peaches go really well in the salsa.

Jones said he didn't want a rematch
like he does everytime he gets seriously tested or arguably beaten on points
Jon even said he was taking time off because they wouldn't pay him for a ngganou fight(ya right buddy)
