Holy shit. That was so fast and clean, I thought he missed.
What a dumb reason to not sign someone. It's entertaining when they are talking and get KO'd as a result (ie. Bobby Green), and it's equally as entertaining when they are dominating and just rubbing it in. The only time it sucks is when they are talking instead of fighting.

Cooks faster and usually has the nice fatty bits all rolled in throughout.
I just make a rub with chilli powder brown sugar, onion powder, paprika, salt n pep, cumin. Really you can use whatever the hell you like but brown sugar and chilli powder is the mainstay.
Slow cook uncovered @ 275°c for 4-5 hours. Warm tortillas before serving.
