it just seemed like an obvious question where Klobaucher was looking for a sound-bite. Did she really think that anyone in the room didn't know that it's illegal to intimidate voters? if not, what was the point of the question and her snarky retort quoting chapter and verse of US Code? or was she talking about some hypothetical world where we don't need judges, and we can adjudicate all actions with the law?

to me, that was just political theatre of the worst kind.

A shit load of military in this state. From the bumpkins (my people) in the Southwest to the bases in Northern Virginia and Virginia Beach and Richmond. The busiest VA on the East Coast is in Richmond.
