Violating a private company's terms of service is not historically a violation of free speech.
So as such they are allowed to shut down whatever they want. If you don't like it you could start your own service and boycott theirs.

Or a bigger picture thought is that this is a highlighting of the fallibility of always empowering private corporations everywhere instead of some things being important public goods to maintain our rights. And that's actually what I think. I think that in a world of monopolies or duopolies rights are limited because you've given them up.
