It barely works for senior citizens. Just went through some really tough years with my grandmother and it was amazing what treatments they wouldn't pay for and what they outright refused. Even pain pills. It is hardly a good system, and it certainly is not sustainable for an entire population of people. The country would be bankrupt in no time. There was a reason why Obamacare increased premiums by 300% (and was continuing to go up until Trump stepped in). Access to healthcare is not treatment for healthcare.

I find it very humorous that people want the government out of their lives but then want the government to control their healthcare? These people will be very sorry when then “get what they asked for” . Biggest problem I have is that I have worked my ass off for what I have and what I get but then some low lifes will get it for just being alive? Government already runs a lot of the healthcare system and in the case of Medicare does a good job
The people oding are already getting healthcare but if they had access to treatment it could help them get back to being a productive person
