I feel as if there is a big misconception here of mainstream vs Wallstreet

volume and volatility are both good for Wallstreet. the equity sell side traders at dealers are loving the reddit action. Wallstreet is making money

this is just redditors vs a specific set of hedgefund bets

and in the process, mainstreet is going after robinhood, which revolutionized trading for mainstreet

again take everything I say with a grain of salt. just factor it in as possibly or partially true in your arsenal of information sources. cause I never worked in equities

but for what its worth, I would be hard-pressed to think that anyone here hates wall street as much as i do. (I was literally literally the verge of trying to bring about huge lawsuits against those fucks. I was going to expose their legalized corruption and personal affairs. dirty shit. not saying I should have or shouldn't have done that)

but basically, I fucken hate Wallstreet. but there is a lot of what seems to be bad information and misplaced rage out there, although well intentioned

and on top of that, youtube is now littered with grifters and sub 25 year old know-it-alls, which as usual, is potentially masking the true problems of Wallstreet

the real issue lies with the politicians being bought out. the fed. the ridiculous wealth transfers to banking elite in 2008 and 2020 and probably more in 2021

Don’t fall for that bullshit narrative being spun.

I have a form of PTSD with Wallstreet. so I avoid it. the only information I've seen are the cnn and cnbc videos interviewing that Bulgarian dude. and this thread. so im not being fed any sources. just independently thinking about the issues at the end of every audiobook chapter I finish lol

i think Robinhood was a sort of "wolf in sheep's clothing". But I think Citadel and others underestimated the ability of "those people" to tame the wolf.

From what understand this isnt a grudge with a specific hedge fund, they're just the first in line. So everyone has their comeuppance on it's way.

utter bullshit.

why do the far right constantly cast themselves as the victim in literally any circumstanc?

Whining about this is astonishing. And they will believe this bollocks is true as well.
CNN called it "Trumpism"

I like the goal. but the only way to defeat Wallstreet imo is to replace 99% of politicians on both sides of the isle. starting with biden, corey booker, etc

I'd imagine that right now, hedge funds are putting ojnnee shorts at a much higher level, and a more certain win

these new hedge fund positions will likely make bank

the original positions that reddit is fighting against may still cash out. not sure what the experies were on their options

and right now, people buying in 338 ... they may lose over half their investment (i don't know. I haven't looked at gamestop fundamentals. but i worry that alot of new investors are in for a rude awakening)
