I may get murdered for asking this. But what is your opinion on Fallon Fox? Feel free to ignore this completely if it's not something you want to get into.

What a great surprise to have someone like Shannon visit this site!

Welcome. When are you going to announce Cyborg's next opponent?

I'll message Shannon and ask her to stop back in soon, so get any questions you have for her in this thread. See if we can make it a semi-informal Q&A of sorts.

I will try to knock out a few of the questions in this post. Thanks again for all of the kindness!

We will be making some big announcements shortly. I am hoping to announce all of our 2016 dates.
We do buy television ads, billboards, print ads and radio ads in the Kansas City market.
I didn't dress up for Halloween this year because I am traveling. Which is a bummer because I'm a big kid at heart.
The UFC have been very good to me and Invicta. I know it probably isn't what most of you want to hear, but the truth is they have been better partners than I could have ever expected. They really like Invicta and they support what I am doing to help the female athletes.
Yes, for years I was know as Bls "Bas Rutten's little sister" . Bas is like a brother to me and we are very close.

I'm glad the UFC has been good to work with for Invicta. I was worried with all the technical stream problems early on and didn't want to see Invicta fold.

Just wanted to say thank you for what you do for WMMA, and MMA as a whole, providing a platform for the world's best women fighters to show their talents.
I never miss an event.

To be honest... I think that most of us want to hear this sort of thing and expect it to be the standard for an organization of their standing. That's why when we hear the other, negative, side of their operations that we lash out and come down so critically upon them.
A lot of us feel almost personally invested in the fighters and when we perceive the "NFL" of MMA orgs treating the fighters poorly or taking advantage of them we feel the need to rally and speak up.

Thanks for stopping by! You have a fan in me and my nieces are really getting into MMA as well thanks to Invicta.

Hey Shannon, thanks for stopping back in. Really awesome to have you as a part of the community. Hope you don't think the majority here hate the UFC because that's not really the case. I think there are just a lot of things they've done over the years that people don't agree with...most recently being the Reebok deal. The one thing that I really admire about our community is the culture of respecting those that fight for our entertainment. We simply want to see fighters fairly compensated and treated well, and all indications point to fighters losing a lot of money with the Reebok deal.

So it's not blind hatred for Zuffa here. We respect what they've done, and continue to do for the sport. And we certainly respect what you have done with Invicta.

Ehhh, there is a bit of that here, let's be honest, haha. Not from everyone, mind you, but I guarantee you if Dana White cured cancer tomorrow you'd have at least a dozen posters talking shit about how he created a monopoly on cancer curing and destroyed the competition with shady deals, how he got lucky and how it was no big deal because someone else would have done it anyway.

Maybe, but I only see that from 2 posters, that I wont name. We have 1400 members here, so that's a pretty good ratio when compared to other forums IMO. Everyone else seems to acknowledge the good and rationally discuss the bad.

I don't know if I agree with your assessment of how many hardcore Zuffa haters are here, haha :D

That's cool and we can discuss that in another thread if you would like. But lets keep this one about Shannon and Invicta if we can ;)

You ma'am, are amazing. Thank you so much for doing what you do and I hope you keep doing it!

I guess that wasn't a question and sorry about that, but thanks anyway!

Invicta is amazing.

I know you must get hundreds of questions like this, but I was wondering when we're going to see Christine Stanley back in Invicta? She's been rallying on Twitter pretty hard (along with her teammate Angela Hill) to get a spot on Invicta 15. She looked like a million bucks at Invicta 11, very exciting, and of course she has that viral 4 second KO to her name.

Someone on Twitter proposed a Chris Stanley vs Amanda Cooper showdown, which Chris said she was down for. Amanda has an 8 second KO to her name and a boxing background. Has the potential to be a real war. Thoughts?

A few questions if Shannon comes back.
1. What happened to nakamoto? It feels like she blew her knee out a few years ago.
2. Will inoue be working with you again?
3. When will hamasaki defend?
4. Have you been watching that lee girl in one fc from Hawaiian? If so is she someone you'd want in the future?
5. Is grasso still fighting or not?
6. If julaton becomes a free agent would you have serious interest? And would you let her still box.
Sorry, that became more than a few quick.

Dropping by to say thanks to everyone for supporting the event last weekend. Met one of the forum members at the event which was cool. March 11th, we are back in Vegas with a stacked card and a big announcement coming. Thanks again!
