No I think it was like an outreach worker with a tweaker client... I noticed the jeep circling the road beside the parking lot until the cops showed up.. if it was weird sex shit, I would assume the jeep would have put some distance in before the cops showed up.
Can you please give us these important details in your initial post instead of us having to pull teeth to get the full story?

it reminds me of a situation at the apartment of my then-g/f. A bunch of patrol officers showed up, formed up, and crashed the door.
they were not trained, first officer through went down and the rest just parked in the Fatal Funnel.
IIRC two died.
