Proof someone created the virus?
We covered this a year ago.

4 PRRA polybasic furin cleavage sites binding to Ace-2 receptors.

Stop entertaining yourself and start learning.
You're never going to be a sergeant listening to idiots and growing mediocre cucumbers.
You're in a once in a lifetime takeover.
Make every second count.
You should start a neighborhood prep club & teach people what MOA & mildots are for 4/oz silver per mo.,
99/100 gun owners don't have a clue what it means.

So are we still pretending that this Arizona recount is anything other than personality cult garbage?

??
You might look into exactly what's happening.
Spend the next hour learning what they're actually doing making it different from every other audit in world history.

Can you just lay out your formal virology training for us, thanks.

How does this prove one way or another the origin of the rona?

Similar to the closely related SARS-CoV, the cognate receptor of the SARS-CoV-2 spike is angiotensin-converting enzyme 2 (ACE2)1,10. While the SARS-CoV S1/S2 junction is well characterized as being cleaved by serine proteases or cathepsins, the SARS-CoV-2 spike, similarly to the more distantly related Middle Eastern respiratory syndrome-related coronavirus (MERS-CoV), contains a polybasic CS, characterized as being a suboptimal furin CS6,11,12,13. This polybasic CS is absent from the closest relatives of SARS-CoV-2, although similar polybasic CSs are found in more distantly related coronaviruses14,15,16. It has been demonstrated for both MERS-CoV spike and SARS-CoV-2 that the furin CS at the S1/S2 junction promotes entry into lung cells17,18,19, and that the furin CS contributes to viral pathogenesis in SARS-CoV-2 animal models20,21
However, the majority of attention has focused on a potentially critical insertion of a furin cleavage site upstream of the S1 cleavage site in spike9. Absent in other group 2B CoVs, the four additional amino acids (PRRA) form the classic RXXR motif cleaved by many serine proteases when added to the conserved R found at the SARS-CoV-2 S1 cleavage site (PRRAR)10. Notably, furin cleavage sites have been observed in other virulent pathogens like HIV, avian influenza strains (H5 and H7) as well as Ebola11. In fact, furin cleavage sites are found in a number of other CoV family members including MERS-CoV, HKU1-Cov, and OC43-CoV12,13; given the range of disease associated with these CoV strains, the furin cleavage site does not necessarily predetermine virulence
Our study reaffirms that bats, particularly those of the genus Rhinolophus, are important natural reservoirs for coronaviruses and currently harbor the closest relatives of SARS-CoV-2, although this picture may change with increased wildlife sampling. In this context it is striking that the RmYN02 virus identified here in Rhinolophus malayanus is the closest relative of SARS-CoV-2 in the long 1ab replicase gene, although the virus itself has a complex history of recombination. Finally, the observation that RmYN02 contains an insertion of multiple amino acids at the S1/S2 cleavage site in the spike protein clearly indicates that events of this kind are a natural and expected component of coronavirus evolution [

He wants the best for us.

The quote is spot on...I don't care who it came from.
Him and xi would like nothing more than for America to dissolve itself. I'm not saying he's wrong though. But he is fanning the flames that the media has lit.

sparkuri @sparkuri I got educated by Dr. @Splinty and what you said doesn't prove what you say it does as it occurs naturally.
What proof do you have that this was man made?

Thank you @Splinty
Wrong.

What @Splinty fails to cite is an article stating WHERE THE INSERTS WERE in relation to the cell.
The LOCATION is EVERYTHING.

Assuming you even understand this article, we'll visualize a giant pie chart, where characteristics of bats, pangolins, swine etc are visualized on a clock.
The inserts that resemble HIV markers(poly basic prra) would be sitting at 4:30, where bat attributes are sitting between 6-9:30.

The notion that anyone(free from bias) still believes this could possibly be natural, respectfully & hopefully, means their data is....funneled.

Respectfully, it is categorically absurd to announce Putin's remarks made into a meme are "fanning flames".
You wouldn't even know it was said were it not ALLOWED to be a meme, posted on an MMA forum.

I don't recall Putin ordering assassination of his neighbors, do you?

I don't think you understand the article....

Just showed my literal scientist wife @Splinty's post and yours. She laughed at you.
