The paper count overrides the voting machine count.
The elected representatives are there to represent the will of their constituents. That supercedes any duty to the Constitution. This is what I feel. Please don't question me or challenge anything that I have said, or make any attempt to introduce reality into the dispute. I don't want to hear it.
