Yeah but if a Senator's constituents really WANT their representative to help steal the election, then that overrides the Senator's duty to the Constitution.Just stating the law according to the United States Constitution that every single serving Senator and everyone in the House of Representatives has sworn an oath to uphold.

Oath of Office
I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; that I take this obligation freely, without any mental reservation or purpose of evasion; and that I will well and faithfully discharge the duties of the office on which I am about to enter: So help me God.

Oath of Office
“The Senators and Representatives before mentioned, and the Members of the several State Legislatures, and all executive and judicial Officers, both of the United States and of the several States, shall be bound by Oath or Affirmation, to support this Constitution; but no religious Test shall ever be required as a Qualification to any Office or public Trust under the United States.”

If Biden had lost, he would have conceded.I haven't seen anything approaching that, and I don't see any real difference between Trump and Biden where it really matters.
What? That's the truth, it's what I've been told by an expert.
Ridiculous. What if constituents want their representative to murder or rape someone? Their wants should supersede law? What? That's the truth, it's what I've been told by an expert.
??
The paper count overrides the voting machine count.1. Millions were flipped.
The elected representatives are there to represent the will of their constituents. That supercedes any duty to the Constitution. This is what I feel. Please don't question me or challenge anything that I have said, or make any attempt to introduce reality into the dispute. I don't want to hear it.Ridiculous. What if constituents want their representative to murder or rape someone? Their wants should supersede law?
