Sorry, night shifts & im just getting ready to walk into work.
I’m not too familiar with Texas but that just looks like a transformer fire. Impact depends heavily on what the system configuration was & what that particular transformers “job” was. IE: was it a transmission to distribution bank, an EHV to HV LTC(load tap changer used for voltage balance), etc.
I wouldn’t put too much into it. Chances are there was a local disruption & the majority was recovered pretty quickly

Everything is back to normal(ish) now. Can't go into details except that there was a loss of resources compounded with a fire that endangered and de-rated a major transmission pathway. Lots of scrambling to accommodate & now it's time to try & recoup to get ready for the alert that's already on deck for later today.Thanks again for th great insight
