I recall the change you are referring to...there was another change after that
Unless those numbers are checked and included in the story I am not willing to take USA Today/Fauci/WHO/CDC/NIH word for it.
I recall seeing that vaccinated are being tested at a lower cycle count than unvaccinated...and therefore deaths would be skewed.
PCR is not a proper test either way...Why do we not have a blood test for this virus?
