General Is there any way of getting out of a reverse figure 4 headscissor when the other person has the intent on killing you with it?

In my hometown, a young man was killed this way after his friends lured him out to dinner. On the way back, the killer and the kid were in the backseat. The killer ended up getting the kid into a reverse figure 4 headscissor, and the victim's face and neck were being pressed so hard against the killer's rear end that the victim choked / asphyxiated and died. I remember the group of guys he was last seen alive with were described as looking like 'stereotypical nerds' and didn't seem big or particularly tough. The victim was the opposite though.

Is there any feasible way of getting out of a reverse figure 4 headscissor if the intent is to kill and it's locked in tight?

If you could speak you could use an unlocking charm.

Its pretty basic, you actually learn it in the first year of magic school.

According to self-awareness guru Josh Fabia, all you need to do is grab the balls and the throat. Perhaps you could also learn a death punch that would obviously be too dangerous for the octagon, but could serve you well in a self defense situation.
