At this point I regularly have two covid patients in the same room.
When we were doing send out We often have patients that we're under investigation and we did not know if they were positive or negative for two days. We kept those patients separated as tonight infect the negatives with the positives.
And we do make the patients wear a mask whenever a healthcare worker is in the room with them.
But to your greater point nobody said mask being transmission to zero. They reduce it and especially so at the aggregate level and applied to a population instead of one case.
