How much health care resources do you have and at which point of cases do you overwhelm those resources thus penalizing everybody and removing your ability to care for even non coronavirus patients? For a given person or demographic, how deadly is Coronavirus compared to other infectious risks that we all take for granted as just a background noise of risk of life.
So a stat about only 1% of hospitalized children dying is shitty obfuscation trying to minimize risk of covid.
What is the usual mortality of children at that age and what risk does coronavirus represent for morbidity and mortality?
It might be really low or it might not be. But that's not represented in that stat at all.
