While I agree with you, if it does show he was the one doing these things, and they did try to stop him, then IMO they are in the right despite what I may think of them personally. I know in Texas I can pull a gun to hold someone who is trespassing and/or stealing on my property. Obviously you don't go straight to the gun in this scenario unless they are actively trying to get into your home, imo. And if they were lawfully stopping him and they used gun then so be it.

BUT

If they have no first hand knowledge it was this gentleman than they are a couple of vigilantly morons who should be in jail.

The 4chan pic appears to be edited. I yanked the frames out myself from liveleak. at no different zoom, level changes, etc could I make a boot shape appear at that point in the video they are using.
