Just finished it and I rate it 10/10. It's a must watch...
watched Squid Game.
Every episode was like a season of GoT, in how the quality changed over time.
biggest plot twist since "6th Sense"
‘Squid Game’ Season 2 Is Coming, Says Creator Hwang Dong-hyuk

I loved the 1st episode (red light, green light), the marbles episode, and the glass panels episodes. All solid IMO. Can't wait for the 2nd season. I would put this up there with Tiger King as tied for my 2 favorite Netflix shows with #1 being Unsolved Mysteries. Seriously hope they make a 3rd season of it...Honestly squid game was interesting and new, but a tad overhyped imo. Most things and character arcs were quite predictable, so the tension didn't really grasp me most of the time. Nice sets tho. 7/10
As weird as it sounds, I hope the second season has more adventurous writing.
Unsolved Mysteries on Netflix had me rewatching the original, until I started not sleeping so well… I had to stop.I loved the 1st episode (red light, green light), the marbles episode, and the glass panels episodes. Haha it's so good. I can only watch the originals not the dumb remake with Dennis Farina with "Updates" from years earlier as if they just happened lol...Unsolved Mysteries on Netflix had me rewatching the original, until I started not sleeping so well… I had to stop.
Unsolved Mysteries on Netflix was basically new episodes of the tv show back from 80's I believe? The original was hosted by the actor Robert Stack and it was absolutely perfect. It covered various unsolved mysteries from everything from missing loved ones from birth to ghosts and murders and doing so with the most creepy and interesting themes possible. I highly recommend it!Haven't seen those others.
But yeah for squid game the start was the strongest, then marbles and bridge. The worst was the tug of war where you had all the main chars on one side and literal randoms on the other. There wasn't any doubt or tension whatsoever.
Not really my cup of tea such shows, but thx.Haha it's so good. I can only watch the originals not the dumb remake with Dennis Farina with "Updates" from years earlier as if they just happened lol...

I was around that lifestyle for a few years for side money.murder mountain is good so far
The storm up there is massive. It looks to be over the entire NE sans Maine, to be honest.I’m don’t have any binge-worthy series going right now. I took the day off but it is cold and rainy out so I’m staying in. Going to rewatch Black Mirror for the the first time in a long while.
You watched Stranger Things?I loved the 1st episode (red light, green light), the marbles episode, and the glass panels episodes. All solid IMO. Can't wait for the 2nd season. The entire cast was super strong. I don’t think there was a moment of bad acting. Regina Hall was truly amazing since that was definitely outside her standard comedy.Well I've just finished nine perfect stranger's on Prime and it was really rather good.
The acting was incredibly strong. Looks great and has an interesting twisty plot.
Give it a go. I don't want to give anything away about it because I didn't know anything about it and I really think that's the way it's meant to be watched. No clue. Let them explain it.
8/10
I have to say. She was the one character that jarred for me. It made sense in the end but she still didn't seem to have the acting chops of the rest. I don't want to say too much. But her character was a slight weak point for me. And was unnecessary imo.The entire cast was super strong. I don’t think there was a moment of bad acting. Regina Hall was truly amazing since that was definitely outside her standard comedy.
Yes sir and enjoyed it. Even had the exclusive flavor ice cream for the show at Baskin Robbins a bunch of times lol.You watched Stranger Things?
It’s not her character’s plot that got me, it was her actual acting.@gangsterkathryn
so I think her character was shoehorned in by an exec that decided the show needed more peril. The shooting of Mascha was the device that introduced yow and his wife. Made sense. And it showed their bond. And why they were all so close. The scene where one morning Mascha woke up and decided to do that jump into the pool where she was being filmed by a then unknown person in the bushes and sent the video footage, threatening her didn’t make sense later on. Because Mascha says in a later episode she is terrified of heights. Didn’t make sense. Plus she had a mobile phone in her room! There’s no way the clinic wouldn’t know this As they had cameras everywhere and spotted Lars’ phone pretty much straight away and showed us this. She let him keep that phone because she knew he was a journo writing about her techniques and wanted that because she wanted the exposure. That also doesn’t make sense about Regina Halls character. She did suspect her of sending the texts but she would have known. I could be completely wrong but her character didn’t really help the main plot. And I also think her acting jarred from the rest. I dont know if you’ve done E’s but the way they acted as they were coming up and in the first stages was incredibly realistic. Anyway. I loved it. Top show. And the fact it makes me think about the layers of plot lines is testament to its quality
yes genuinely accurate. And I wasn’t aware the canon had come from a book. Thought it was a script. It’s not her character’s plot that got me, it was her actual acting.the fact that she could play the at first cutesy little mommy type who is actually fucking insane. I’m so used to her just playing ridiculousness like in scary movie. To see her play a more serious role was great. I have the book on my to be read list, so when I do, I’ll let you know how the book handles her character and if it is the same.
I have never done E or any hallucinogenics but I did hear they were accurate.
