Judge is probably waiting to rule on it because theres insane leftists screaming in the streets and he will have people crying in his front yard for months. The mentally deranged people on the left wouldnt be able to handle any verdict that doesn't fit their narrative. Judge is trying to let it sort out even with the slimiest prosecutor in recent memory.
