Oh man...stuff up here is pretty bland. We do however have tons of fish and wild game. I want to go to a place like satriales on sopranos. Specialized meat products are a fav of mine. I know a place way over south of Bizmark that has the best ring sausage I've ever eaten. I go out of my way to get it. Bunch of Germans settled over there and still speak the language..I'm ranting. Sorry lol

Ah, gut disposal, always the most tricky part. Leaving it will attract scavengers. It is much better to bury the parts you don't eat, deeply, 6 feet or more.
