Not always apparently. Wisconsin law states the prosecutor has to disclose what he has and allow the defense to inspect and copy it.

And further down in the law it states that if the defense wants the prosecutor to send him a copy then the prosecutor can charge the defense a fee for doing the work.

Who woulda thought?
That is #1 bullshit.
Maybe they threw that terminology in with the critical race theory fun pack.

Prosecutors
IPhone compresses files when being transferred to a non-iPhone device. One of Apple's evil tactics to get an iPhone in as many hands as possible.

Prosecution might not have known that was a thing.

Hang on. There is a pattern here.

The geniuses on the defence tried to tell the judge all about Ai in regard to apple phones. Filthy @Filthy members.

So either they were bullshitting then or bullshitting now.

can’t have it both ways

The fat guy?
I saw some of his closing arguments. He's an idiot.

I haven't been following it much other than this thread. From what I did see, the prosecution didn't impress me much.

I'm not buying it, experienced trial lawyers are more manipulative than stupid. The fat guy's retarded, but the other sleezeball's playing stupid to sabotage proceedings imo.
Anything is possible, but I've known a lotta prosecutors.

Very possible but the video I posted above shows that during the fiasco a thumb drive was sent with what was supposed to be the same footage and somehow it was not.

Shinkicker @Shinkicker what don’t you agree with? Scrub to 19:00 here, main source for my info amd there’s no dispute from pros that I’m aware of. I didn’t mention in previous post that the two file sizes weren’t the same either. Prosecutors was 11MB and defendants was 4MB.
