The argument from defence isn’t about the technology of sending files. The argument is that no matter how it went down the defence didn’t have the same info and the prosecution. It’s them who originally received the video and should be responsible in seeing that the other side gets the exact same info. Pleading ignorance on how files are sent is ridiculous even if true considering it’s a trial that’ll put somebody in prison for life. I posted a YouTube clip above of them saying in court that even the version of the drone footage they received on a thumb drive wasn’t that same.Hang on. There is a pattern here.

the "AI" was in regard to the prosecution submitting video in to evidence in a non-native resolution.
