They are working against each other for regional dominance ISIS is an incidental

I agree but Israel is bristling with weapons and zealots it'd be like attacking a porcupine.
Well, it's basically a foregone conclusion at this part. Two thoughts:
1. ISIS put it out there, now they have to follow through or be seen as failures, which would be a bigger blow than any individual military defeat.
2. Given the low-tech, high-profile nature of the Paris attack, they require minimal resources and manpower to pull off any such attack in Russia. Given the Muslim demographics inside the Russian state, there are likely more than enough ISIS soldiers/sympathizers in place to pull off a similar event, and at this point it's only a matter of time.
Right now the big question is: How far off the deep end does Vladdy Daddy go?

It would be all the justification he needs to go full scale war, he'd probably take out ISIS and the government of the lands their in and just gank all the countries resources for themselves.

First of all the one article says treating moderate rebels, that is not Isis. All of that is pure heresy and conjecture from uncorroborated sources.
globalresearch.ca is a conspiracy site . They also have an article up there saying ISIL was not behind the Paris attacks.

One of the first link's sources is a dutch muslim official who tweeted her belief that ISIS is a Zionist conspiracy. She was suspended one day after that tweet and claimed her sources were online web articles. Those articles are based on the Iranian fabrication that Mossad trained Abu Bakr Al Baghdadi.
The second link, which uses as it source a deleted web page, refers to the same fabricated story.
The third is based on claims by a solider, possibly Colonel, possibly General, captured by Shia militia in Iraq, firm allies of Iran. Excuse me if I take the confessions of a tortured prisoner with a grain of salt, especially since they seem to serve the captors agenda nicely.

Which could be true. I guess every sides got their own sources backing up what they choose to believe.
I'm going to remain skeptical of that article though as Time is primarily owned by an Israeli billionaire and just another branch of Orwell's "Ministry of Truth"
This article fits more in line with my thinking of what is going on, more focus on US than Israel, but I believe one is the right hand of the other.
