General 2022 what are you watching on Netflix (and other streaming services) thread

Die Hard was a classic, but the sequels became more and more ridiculous.

The second one had that laughable scene where the 747 takes off whilst leaking fuel, and John McLaine lights the fuel on the runway with his Zippo and the flame somehow overtakes the jet abnd causes the entire thing to explode.

The fourth one had a scene where he shot down a helicopter using a car, and no further explanation should be necessary as to why that one was utterly ludicrous.

I haven’t watched it in a long time but I wouldn’t be surprised if it didn’t hold up.

The best part about it for me was watching the edited for content version where Jackson called Willis a “racist melon farmer”

That's awesome.
I had been hoping it was the version with the unaltered clapboard sign.
The racial back and forth is pretty topical in some places

i know why some people are saying that. there is a black woman as a viking leader

but its a show about vikings. its not "woke" whatever that means

edit: i didnt have cable. so i couldnt watch vikings. now that i saw it on Amazon Prime, ill watch it at some point
