Also - and this is the thing - legal after a special consultation.

So basically legal for everyone.

And for damn sure no freaking death penalty anywhere.

If this is true Germany would be one of the most restrictive states in the US

That is not quite the case since the law differs between doc and woman, but it seems you are able to figure it out by yourself. Same as figuring out if anyone ever went to jail for it.

Still im not sure what kinda gotcha you think you have there when the issue is looming death penalty.

It's just posturing. It won't pass - which would take 2/3 of the vote.

Someone did the same shit back in 2017 and it got shot down quicker than @Tampa Rasta hitting on a Miami 6 outside of Club Live.

I doubt that was at the front of his campaign platform. He knows it won't pass. Probably just doing it to get the bible-thumper vote.
