here's my breakfast this A.M

Mine is the same every day

2cups egg whites
1/2 cup oatmeal
1tbsp p2b
1teaspoon sugar free Polaner jam

This is diet when I'm not dieting I up be carbs and a little bit of good fats

Sometimes yes but lately I have been drinking muscle egg, egg whites so I drink two cups of that and I eat 1/2 cup of oatmeal with the other stuff. Closer to the contest I might take away the p2b and jam but it depends how far ahead I am and I might even use it to get a bit of an extra kick to add some fullness, if I'm a bit flat.

All my meals are measured and prepped the day before so I have everything ready and I get in the specific macros I need daily. Off season it's not AS specific but still measured and prepped day. Off season I just eat a little more fun maybe two days a week and I don't Input that into my macros I just know what I'm getting in based on what cheat meal it is. I'm not huge pizza guy anymore, it doesn't give me that fullness it once did but burger and fries once a week def kickstart my metabolism and gives me a huge full look. I do the same for all my clients based on what their fitness goal is, and what their fitness level is etc.

when i do eat breakfast.. i like steal cut oats. it doesn't get mushy like regular oatmeal.
i smush a banana it it...because oatmeal is super bland and i like flavor
then put tumeric or cinnamon on it..because it tastes good. ...and top it with cherries or a mango.

or an acai bowl like they make at jamba juice



but if i'm having breakfast for dinner. i want bacon eggs..cheesy garlic shrimp grits, hash browns..and a biscuit with honey .


oh..and people are HUGENLY fat in america. sad really..then they get bullied.

Oatmeal, berries, plain Greek yogourt, cinnamon. Canadian Breakfast tea. Every day. I'm a creature of habit.

But I'm thinking about bacon and eggs and Red Stripe the whole time. Or peach pie. A piece of homemade peach pie is my all-time favourite breakfast.
