Lol.

Musk has bought himself a 44 billion headache. I say bought. Its Saudi money that is funding it.

once he starts banning people for free speech ( racist speech ) he gets hit from the fox news people.

he has killed his brand.

These people are like Putin in a way. He has no one left to tell him ‘what the fuck are you doing?’
While I agree there's nothing great about this for musk...is it Saudi money?
Link me. I assumed that would be an easy go, but the debt structuring that I'm seeing in the news doesn't look like it.

Also damn Twitter is not a great revenue company.
3.5 billion.

Are you really convinced this deal doesn't die on the table?

Its not about him making money off this as you expertly show..

Its about his profile.

The Saudi link I wil try and find tomorrow. But he's not cashing in hs tesla shares.

He isn't spending his money to fund this buyout.

We know from his 12% leverage stake it was foreign money. And we also know he is tight with mbn.

This is Saudi funded. No doubt.

I actually didn't expect it to get this far. The poison pill and everything else was just as I expected. I expected some back and forth as both sides edge towards a deal they both hate and then this thing falls apart with everybody blaming each other.

That could still happen, but my confidence in that would greatly depend on where the funding is coming from.

I was once told by a billionaire that about 90% of deals fall apart on the table.

Kind of like how you didn't think Musk's deal was serious, I'm not sure Twitter's acceptance is serious.
