General Petition to unban CMNH

HEATH VON DOOM

Remember the 5th of November
It was complete bullshit he was banned anyways. What's he suppose to do, let people attack him and do nothing?

If you ban people for arguing, ban everyone or no one.

Most of the forum likes him, the only ones who dont are terrible shitposters.

The number of Hall Of Fame threads he has created make him more than just your average member, he is a Iconic member.

His numerous Monsters Championships, participation in secret santa, fantasy football, and keeping the fight night discussions light and fun go to show how selfless he is when it comes to giving back to the forum.

Type "SIGNED" if you agree and lets fix the MoDs mistake.

This weekend was our daughters high school grad party, and we were tied up all day Saturday and Sunday. So I havent had time to sit down and draft a detailed explanation.

Dont blame CMNH's ban on Hawk, Sparkuri, Pork Chop Express or any other user. I banned him. He earned it. And frankly, it was long overdue.

He would attempt to run off posters he didn't like by relentlessly trolling or attacking them. There may be members who leave here out of loyalty to him, but I guarantee he's single handedly ran off 50x whatever we may lose due to this ban.

Could the guy be funny? Yes. Are there members who like him? Obviously. This thread, and others over the past couple of days are proof of that. But that doesn't (and shouldn't) give him Carte Blanche to make the forum his personal playground.

Here's his warning log. Should we give him another 50 chances to leave people alone? Send him more private messages, asking him to back off of someone? When is enough, enough?

No matter how much you like the guy, I have to think you're all reasonable enough to at least understand the "why". I hope you all choose to stick around, but his ban is permanent. No one person is bigger than the forum.

Lastly, I don't disagree that "if you're going to ban him, so & so deserves it as well" has some merit. I prefer to not go that route, but let's see what happens. The political threads tend to bring out the worst in people.

You do realize that at least one of those mentioned was actively trying to doxx him and didnt get banned

I give the mods shit, and post memes suggesting they are all gae, but they have a nearly impossible job here.

If they don't enforce the rules, they get called out for allowing trolling and abuse on the forums. If they give repeated pinks for infractions, they get called out because the posters just come back afterwards and do the same thing over and over. If they permaban a repeat offender, they get called out on threads like this.

I would absolutely hate to have to try to moderate this place, it's the definition of a thankless task. For that reason, I cannot sign this petition.

I will, however, post my thanks to the mods.

...oh, and mods, whilst you are here, one question:
