Ok but politics aside, is it inaccurate to say his banning was long overdue? Look at his warnings log, and give an honest answer. The politics stuff had nothing to do with his ban. It was 4 yrs of having to deal with what went along with him being here.

There is no denying he played with fire for a long time, but there is certainly a strong argument that this final straw does not warrant a ban.

At the end of the day this place is better with him here than gone so I hope we can work towards a reasonable solution here. There is passion on both sides of the issue so I believe the community should have a say.

I propose we have a vote/referendum on switching this from a permanent ban to a lengthy suspension. I also think Rambo John J @Pork Chop Express is a very reasonable person who cares about this forum. I’d appreciate if he would give consideration to retracting his”reports” and choosing to ignore him instead.

Oh I’m not denying his trolling. He was a habitual line stepper. That being said, this last instance has to be the weakest thing to get him on.

What do you think would be his first course of action if allowed to return?

I think it would be lizard fart gif...then back to personal attacks when he gets in whatever mood he gets in when he chooses to do so(wine coolers?).

The ball was in his court to act nicer or not engage for years, and he did it for brief periods. Then he went back to old E beefs(that he created and continued). He mocked the mods by keeping on keeping on and celebrated every single time he got somebody riled up enough to get themselves banned(there is a list of people he pushed over the edge who then got angry with mods and got themselves banned in frustration)

It wasn’t this last instance. It was the couple of hundred prior.

If nothing changes and an egregious violation of the TOS occurred I think many people would be more accepting of the ban. No one is arguing with his track record, just the final catalyst that triggered his removal.

But this isn't the UG/OG. When you cause a ton of drama and drive people off the site, you risk being booted. CMNH started a LOT of shit. I'm surprised it took this long.
