It's like some of us are living in two different realities nowadays. Case in point, some of you still think that trump won the election. He didn't. It's difficult to have an honest discuss about everything else if you believe his ongoing lie about the election

Let's look at a possible charge of "conspiracy to overturn an election"
- trump was told many times that the fraud allegations were bullshit, so he knew he lost rhe election
- trump had teams draw up fake electors and send them to people to states
- trump pressured the DoJ to send out a false statement about fraud. They refused to do so, so he went on a mission to replace the AG. He was told that the DOJ would be a graveyard because everyone would quit if he did that, so he didn't do it
- despite being told the fraud allegations were bullshit, trump went on a mission to pressure pence in both meetings and media to not certify the election
- trump sent fake electors to someone to give to pence (rock Scott or someone). Pence refused to take the fake electors
- trump wanted to give a speech to rioters, then March down to capital and give another speech outside, then go inside and give one inside the chamber. He was told that would break every law possible
- ahead of his speech, he was told that people had weapons. And they had plans to break into the capital
- despite knowing that, his speech encouraged them to go to the capital. He said they had to fight to take it back
- during speech, he again pressured pence despite all of the days of meetings before January 6th
- trump tried to get his details to do a non scheduled move and take him there. They denied him
- he threw a tantrum back at Whitehouse when they continued to deny him
- crowd brings gallows and chants to hang mike pence. Though some people such as pat zipoloni scrambled to meadows that trump had to do something, meadows said that pat zipoloni had heard trump. Trump had said that pence deserves it
- trump then tweeted that Mike Pence let them down
- trump refused to do anything foe hours despite his team as well as other people like trump Jr, Hannity, Ingraham saying thst he needed to say somethjg to end the riot
- trump waited hours after capital breech to put out a video telling rioters to leave. The video he put out was not as forceful as some of his advisors wanted since he changed the language to be loving of the rioters

It's pretty clear that trump conspired to obstruct congress
It's also clear that he was unhinged. That is why his cabinet was discussing the possibly of the 25th amendment to remove it. It is also why Miley had a call with generals to make sure that he was involved in any nuclear launches if trump sent them down
So conspiracy to obstruct congress for sure. Seditious conspiracy is also on the table.
