There are two primary issues from today's hearing
(1) seditious conspiracy - trump knew the crowd had guns and other weapons and encouraged them to fight and walk to the capital. On top of that, trump was told that the crowd wanted to hang mike pence and trump said pence deserves it. He went on to tweet that pence let America down.
(2) witness tampering - trumps team reached out to multiple people ahead of their hearings to remind them to "do the right thing"

If they testify under oath and haven’t asked for a pardon I’ll be happy to consider her tale a fake or at the very least a wash seeing both sides are swearing it’s the truth. If they don’t testify will you give her story any credit?
