You can’t say yes those people can come to my country as long as they live and work where I tell them. That’s racist they aren’t slaves. They are either welcome to live and work freely as fellow countryman or you want day laborers.
Where you're from, workers are screaming for better pay, affordable housing, affordable fuel, affordable transportation and quality of life.
