Salmon !After going for a swim this morning I stopped at Safeway (Canada) to pick up some healthy eats, and this little cart with 2 boxes of cereal added to it cost me $140.00. I've been thinking about quitting food altogether, and maybe allocating that money to my gas fund.

I can feel the power coursing through my veins when I have a good salmon meal, and the leftovers in the cast iron all mixed together (with rice and some green veggies) is better than the meal the night before.Salmon !
