apparently, this was all "known" to the teams. There was a shot of the Ravens board where they had "Punter" and didn't have Matt's name...after, they made some comment about not drafting ethically "gray" people, which many took to be a reference Ray Rice.
But the last I heard was that there was new evidence. A lot like the DeShaun Watson case, no criminal charges, but serious civil allegations.
makes you wonder how much of "no criminal charges" is because they have access to the Justice System of The Elite.

so police gave her a script and had her call all the people at the party and record them. PuntGod admitted to being in the room and told her to get an STD test. But I don't think he made any incriminating statements. So no basis for a criminal complaint, but basis for a civil one.
my Steaming Pile of HotTake (tm) is that she was pushed to drink or was drugged to the point of incapacitation, several people raped her, PuntGod was there and did nothing. Now she's seeking justice, and because one of the men responsible for her abuse is rich and famous, she might get the cash version of Justice.
