i think the non hodgkins lymphoma killed him this was just a side effect. HLH by itself can be survived.Reported here super early, I couldn't find a thing on it initially.

Something very bad must have happened to his body.
His passing isn't surprising after seeing his skinny body in some recent images after being 250ish of muscle a couple years ago...looked like he was down to 170-180 or so in a somewhat recent photo
This was his last Instagram post, obviously leads to more questions than answers
