Hopefully he pulls through, best comparison of something like this happening was when WWF's Owen Hart died falling from the Rafters at a live WWF PPV, at the time everyone knew it was not good yet Vince McMahon decided to continue on with the PPV... many wrestlers / fans were distraught and felt it was in bad taste to continue an event but it did ...Vince got a lot of heat for that.
