"Americans have absolutely no idea the extent the deception. Employment statistics are skewed. The government reports as unemployed only those who are receiving unemployment benefit checks. The homeless are not counted. Those on welfare are not counted. Those on relief are not counted. Those whose unemployment benefits have expired are not counted. According to the government if you are not receiving an unemployment check you are not out of work. All part time workers are counted as employed even though they may be only working one day or less each week."
