Even if he was the highest paid slap fighter in history that would only be over 4 grand but a while back he was saying 10 grand was a lot of money to him when he needed surgery so he is doing really bad financially.

They get 2 and 2 so if they lose I think they get only 2 grand which is 1 grand after taxes.

A sport where you slap people in the face is probably not sponsor friendly. if they do get sponsors it is probably for like 200-500 bucks from condom depot. They probably have to pay their own flights and motels too. Only cheap is expense they might have is no training camp.
A lot of these slap fighters are probably doing this for the love of the "sport" and their main jobs is something like being prison guards or truckers I bet they barely break even from slap fighting.
