I have dispatchers in the 67 bracket. I’m not allowed to discriminate based on age but can state that the dispatchers over about 62-65 aren’t performing at the same level as ones in the 35-55 range. I’ll just leave it at that.

I'm hearing WAYYY too much of this: very concerning being a frequent flyer.
