They new trend for doctors seems to be hydrocordone I think that is because oxy has too much DEA attention. They are making the hydrocordone stronger too. They will also prescribe 500 mg pills of either acetaminophen or ibuprofen but you have to take 2 so that is 1000 mg.
Before oxy they used to hand out vicodin like pez. Promethezine with dextromorphan was the alternate to the codeine version but it was still very strong I got a quart of that stuff and was hallucinating.

That wasnt my point blues a.k.a the fakes and real m30 oxy are two wildly different things people die with the fake m30s because they are even stronger than high dose 30 mg oxy.

That's the whole thing, unless you get that Norco from the pharmacy, it might just be Fentanyl and baby aspirin some dude made with a pill press in his basement. It's very hard to tell a fake from a real pill
